Schaeffer Electric Expands Lighting Solutions Team
With Promotions of Vickie Turner & Brian Oehler

Team to Help Customers Achieve Savings with New AmerenUE Rebate Programs

            ST. LOUIS – Vickie Turner and Brian Oehler have been named to lead the lighting maintenance team at Schaeffer Electric Co., Inc.  They will bring lighting solutions to new and old customers in this rapidly growing market.

            In their new positions, Turner and Oehler market and manage the electrical contractor’s lighting maintenance group, staffed by electrical engineers and lighting specialists who save facility owners money with lighting retrofit and maintenance solutions.

            Turner and Oehler also help customers take advantage of AmerenUE’s new Business Energy Efficiency Programs, rolled out on Feb. 11, 2009.  The firm’s lighting maintenance services will help businesses qualify for up to $500,000 in rebates annually until 2011 by investing in energy saving solutions that also improve lighting quality.  More details are online at www.ameren.com/bizefficiency.

            Schaeffer Electric designs and installs energy efficient lighting systems and performs contract maintenance to produce energy and operational cost savings for businesses, retailers, corporate campuses, schools and universities, healthcare facilities, developers and facility managers.  The firm also helps clients achieve carbon-reduction goals.

             Turner joined the Schaeffer team in 1996 and most recently served as service department manager.  Oehler has been with Schaeffer Electric since 2006 and most recently was leader of lighting maintenance installations.  He brings more than 10 years of field experience to the team.
